About Us
Mark Benfield gives technical support to The Little Theatre and he is leading our team of trusted volunteers who regularly work in The Theatre’s Hub Cafe. Our army of Volunteers are the life blood of The Theatre, their support is invaluable as they help serve food and drink in our bustling cafe, act as ushers for each performance and assist back stage as required. We have over 40 active volunteers and are all one big happy theatrical family!

Sheringham Little Theatre is a community venue set in the heart of the town. We provide entertainment all year round for local people and visitors to the area. We offer a mixed programme of films, comedy, music and drama. Our flag ship seasons are our in-house professional productions, with an annual Pantomime and a nationally renowned summer seaside Repertory season of plays, which would have celebrated it’s 50th year in 2020.
A vital part of our work is our engagement and participation strand for young people. We have weekly drama sessions for young people aged between 4 and 18 years and offer performance and work experience opportunities too. Our youth productions normally have a cast of over 40 and we are hoping to be able to present the popular musical ‘Guys and Dolls’ this summer as it had to postponed in 2020 due to the pandemic.

Good Luck, Sheringham Strollers!
